About DWM | MALOOS
Maloos Anvarian has been a certified Interior Designer for over 35 years. Her furniture line and showroom launched in 2004 and was noticed immediately by the media and fellow designers for its one-of-a-kind, innovative designs. Celebrating the past and looking to the future, Maloos creates conversation pieces for any style or decor. She has also been a recipient of multiple awards.
Maloos incorporates her clients’ personalities into each project, whether bringing together a house, a room, or designing a specific piece of furniture or lighting. Her work invokes history and infuses it with a bit of wit: an antique chair is updated with the addition of Lucite arms and saddle; a traditional wingback is cheekily reinvented with its balled seating and seat back.
At the core of Maloos’ vision is the desire to create “furniture with a history” and to do so while being green – reusing, repurposing, and recycling.
She specializes in transforming commercial spaces into beautiful and functional environments. At Commercial Design, her goal is to turn commercial space into a stunning and functional environment that will leave a lasting impression on clients. She specializes in designing commercial spaces of all types with a focus on functionality, aesthetic appeal, and user experience. Maloos has worked on a variety of projects, including office spaces, retail stores, restaurants, and hotels.
